How do I cancel an online order?
Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days after the date they were placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at

How will I know if Punchtattva received my online order?
Once you complete an order, PDH will provide you with a confirmation number or order number. Immediately following, you will receive an email with the details of your order. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our Tattva Staff. 

What if I have a question about my online order?
If you have questions about your order, please email or call 8431174694 during our customer service hours 10am-6pm. 

What forms of payment are accepted online?
Punchtattva accepts all major debit/credit cards, Netbanking and PDH gift cards.

What is your return policy?

Punchtattva accepts returns of unworn and unwashed items with tags for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment. Price adjustments for Tattva Sale items can be made within 7 days of the order date. Please include a copy of the bill to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return. Returns are processed the same day it is received. Please send in your return to the address below.

If you are exchanging an item, please include Rs.50 for return shipping (cash, check or money order!). If you are returning an item for a refund, please do not send Rs.50 for return shipping.

Why was my order declined?

Customers are normally declined due to a mismatch of login information. If the billing address you entered does not match up or your bank rejects the transaction, the transaction may be declined. Please double check the with your card issuer and make sure the correct information is entered into the billing transaction. As long as this information is correct, you can ship to any address you would like!

If you know for sure that the address information is correct, please make sure the card number, expiration date and security code are all being entered properly!
